Our illustrator client and owner of a modestly sized and uniquely positioned Victorian terrace house, needed a 'work from home' space, as well as a ground floor bedroom and shower room for mobility restricted family guests. 

Extensions to each floor and flipping the orientation of the staircase unlocked the reconfiguration of the property, including the relocation of the main bathroom from ground floor to first floor. 

Available space was 'made to work' even harder by the design of bespoke joinery solutions, to ensure proposals offered maximum efficiency for storage and usability.
