PADDOCK PLACE
Tunbridge Wells
Paddock Place is a residential conversion from an original stable building with a new extension, to create a family dwelling.
The proposal seeks to convey a high quality interpretation of the original stable typology by working with the footprint and form of the existing building and maintaining heights and selected character features.

With a renewed, contemporary expression, the converted dwelling will serve as a respectful continuation of the past, reflecting the semi-rural character of the area, and preserving the visual outlook for both residents as well as local passers-by.
