MOLLY'S PLACE

Twickenham

A contemporary interpretation of the asymmetric massing of the original 1930s dwelling gave rise to a unified form across new rear and side extensions.

With careful placement of door and window openings, residents can control and reduce overheating to their south facing living spaces.

Despite tough planning policy restrictions surrounding new roof forms, planning permission was granted as the new roof proposal better aligns with neighbouring properties and fabric of the streetscape.
