Owners of a family run restaurant, impacted heavily by the pandemic, chose to realign their business to focus on what they are most passionate about: their wine!

Clients approached C Scerri Architects to reconfigure their much loved restaurant and events venue to a family home, with commercial use, so that they may continue to operate their business in an enjoyable and sustainable way.

The original Hanse-Haus building has been carefully and sensitively modified, so that interventions remain true to character, and enhance the experience of the beautiful surroundings.
